Before your first body scan, there are a few things to keep in mind for optimal results. Ensure you're in a well-lit space and wearing fitted clothing that doesn’t obscure your body. Long hair should be pulled back to avoid covering your face and neck.
As you initiate the scan, follow the visual prompts to level your device. Then, position yourself in front of the camera so that your entire body is in view. Next, strike an “A pose”, guided by the audio prompts.
Lastly, begin a 360 degree spin when prompted. Make sure a full spin is completed within 10 seconds. And... voila!
Depending on your internet speed, it could take 2-3 minutes for the scan to be uploaded and processed. Faster internet will considerably reduce upload time. Once this is complete, a detailed report highlighting key metrics like fat mass, lean mass, and other health indicators can be generated.
