An active user is any unique user ID that performs at least one scan within the billing month. You are not charged for dormant users
No. We believe in high engagement. Users can scan as many times as they want without any additional cost to you
Yes, we offer a 90-day sandbox environment with full API access so you can test integration before going live
We are SOC 2 Type II compliant and can sign HIPAA BAAs for enterprise clients. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit
