We don’t think you should limit how often users scan. Bill the same whether they scan once a month or every day. Only pay for users who actually interact with our platform
An active user is any unique user ID that performs at least one action in the Prism API within the billing month. You are not charged for users that haven't interacted with the API that month.
No. We believe in high engagement. Users can scan as many times as they want without any additional cost to you.
Yes, we offer a 90-day sandbox environment with full API access so you can test integration before going live.
We are GDPR compliant and can sign HIPAA BAAs for enterprise clients. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
