## Notes

- Active users are measured monthly.
- Active users are defined by any user that interacts with the Prism API. If a user interacts with the Prism API this month but not the following month, it will only be charged in the current month and not the following month where there were no interactions. 
- Monthly minimums apply.
- Final pricing may vary by integration scope, support needs, and contract terms.
